Whether you are creating content for your podcast, Instagram account, or Youtube, you should be creating content that your followers want to see. Content that is local and relevant.
Not content that is constantly beating people over the head with the fact that you are a Real Estate Agent. This week, Gayle Weiswasser and I recap the best, impactful moments on her podcast, The Snapshot podcast, that were truly memorable for local content creation.

It takes hard work and the vision of the long game to succeed doing content marketing and social media marketing but when it is done right and well (meaning even with your phone camera and NO SCRIPT) it makes all the difference in the world. People know when you are trying too hard or making an inauthentic effort. So be real with your audience and watch your following sky rocket.
