Does becoming the top Realtor or team in your market require buying online leads?
Many real estate team leaders and top producers say that in order to be one of the top Realtors in a market, you MUST buy leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. Honestly, I'm sure it helps quite a bit.
But, does a Realtor NEED to buy leads? The short answer is no, no they don't. Buying leads can be a great way to generate a bunch of new conversations with people, however if you don't want to play the online real estate leads game, you don't have to.
This week, Renee Funk, Team Leader at the Funk Collection brokered by eXp Realty in Orlando, FL shares how they've built one of the top real estate teams in all of Orlando, and they've never had to buy leads.
