If you've been listening to this podcast for more than a few weeks, you know that this year I've gone through my own personal health & fitness journey. 2020 has not been kind, but it also became the catalyst for me to get my shit together physically and health wise. Over these last 4-5 months, through completing 75 Hard and continuing on with the Athletic AF program, I've seen a huge physical transformation. But what surprised me is that my “gains” were not limited to what I could see in the mirror or on the scale.
My businesses have transformed as well! I've built a ton of new confidence and gained new energy that I didn't have before as a direct result of the work I've put in in the gym, and in the kitchen. So I've learned first hand that fitness does indeed DIRECTLY affect your business life.
This week's podcast is all about those direct correlations between fitness and the real estate business.
We're joined this week by Former NFL Player and current fitness entrepreneur, John Madsen. John also happens to be my fitness and nutrition coach, directly responsible for the rapid results that my wife and I have seen. But he's also grown into a business mentor as well, a side of him that you'll get to see quite a bit of today.
John Madsen is the CEO of Athletic and Fit, 7-Figure online fitness entrepreneur, and former Tight End for the Oakland Raiders.
