Far too many Realtors have no idea how much their time is actually worth. Real Estate Agents rarely take the time to do a little math to see how much they are actually making per hour for work they do. Do YOU know what your time is worth per hour?

The reason why it's so important for Real Estate Agents to know, and to attach a dollar amount to their time, is so they can make better decisions about what they spend their time doing!

For example, if you're a Realtor, and you're still mowing your own lawn, you're nuts. If you're driving 10 min out of your way to save 10 cents on a gallon of gas (which may save you what, $1.50 or $2 max?)… you don't realize that you're killing any chance that you have to actually GROW your business and your income.

On this episode of the Massive Agent Podcast, we'll help you figure out how much you earn per hour, and then how to outsource all the tedious busy work, and non-income producing activities so that you can focus on doing more of what will actually INCREASE your income. I assure you, spending an hour or more mowing your own lawn, when you can get someone to do it for $20-$40, is not the best use of your time.
