As 2022 comes to a close, don't you want to finish off the year in a better standing than where you were back in January? That should be a rhetorical question.. You should feel the need to make changes for the better moving into the new year, and if you're not, it's time to take some notes.
On the final episode of the Massive Agent Podcast for the year 2022, host Dustin Brohm invites Realtor and Investor Jared Davis from Richmond, VA, to break down the secrets on how he currently holds a rental portfolio of over 120 homes. Not only that, but he has scaled his team, The Davis Group, to 25 agents. This was not always the case.. Jared did not start out with a team of 25 agents working along side of him, but he had to start somewhere.
Listen to the conversation as Jared and Dustin discuss how the overwhelming majority of agents know what they need to do, they just aren't doing it. Too many agents aren't making investments into systems that set them up for success, they just keep rinsing and repeating the same old shit that has proven to not work. If you're going to take anything away from this episode, it would be that 2023 is not the year to be sitting on the sidelines.
