Many agents are seeing success in terms of numbers/followers but are struggling to convert those followers into actual clients. The reality is that business is not going to appear magically. Yes, posting content is the most crucial step, but what good is that if you're not benefitting from the traction you generate?

Sometimes it can take months to see the results you want, but if you quit, you will never know.
