How to Succeed in Real Estate From the Start

How long did it take you to close your first deal? Were you crushing it from day one, or was there a learning curve? Way too often, agents' careers are slow to get off the ground mainly due to a lack of preparedness and consistency. For some, it comes naturally, while for others, it requires a little more elbow grease. Either way you look at it, the dream of closing deals left and right IS possible, and it's right at your fingertips.

On this week's episode of the Massive Agent Podcast, Realtor Brian Garside from Edmonton, Alberta, joins host Dustin Brohm to explain how he started closing deals within the first two weeks of obtaining his real estate license. Crazy, right? How did he have such a quick turnaround? Brian was able to learn how to monitor his behaviors and habits to make sure that he is doing something at all times. Combining that with his interpersonal skills and friendliness, it was a recipe for success.

Listen to the conversation as Dustin picks Brians's mind on the daily activities and habits he has formed over the last year and a half. From waking up at 5am, to focusing 2 hours a day on content, it was do-or-die for Brian.  Going all in is a scary undertaking. Some people crumble when their back is up against the wall, and others flourish. It is up to YOU to know how you operate and do as much as you possibly can in any given opportunity.
