A system for Realtors and Loan Officers to automate getting more Google reviews

 
When you get business organically from Google, life is good! VERY good! 🙂 Take it from someone who built their local real estate business on Google with my website, nothing beats an organic (aka FREE!) lead who found you on Google! Obviously everyone wants to be found on Google whenever someone searches for a local real estate agent, but we can’t all be winners… or can we!? 
 
You can launch a website, blog your ass off for months, become a pro at SEO and paid traffic strategies (like Facebook Ad for Realtors!), which definitely pays off big after a period of time OR… you can be found by accumulating a bunch of great Google reviews and “citations.” If you have one of the best “Google My Business” profiles in your local market, people will find your profile and reach out to hire you! But how do you Google Business Profile?
 
In order to have a dominant local presence on Google, you need to follow a specific roadmap and develop a system that automates the process. If it's not automated and systemized, running in the background every time you close a deal, then it isn't sustainable. Every real estate agent should be asking their clients and referral partners for Google reviews, but a very small few have a system to put that review request process on autopilot and make it much easier for the client to leave a review.
