Lee Adkins has worked with real estate teams and brokerages across the country on their strategy and operations. He is passionate about helping leaders and companies execute strategies that help them grow and implement systems.
A native of the Houston, TX area, Lee had a great run as a performing musician and later as the National Program Director for Camp Jam, a summer camp focused on getting musicians working together in a band setting. He led a small team that opened 10 camp locations across the country and also ran an adult rock and roll fantasy camp and corporate team-building arm of the company.
Lee began his career in residential real estate in 2006 and, after 6 successful years of buying and selling, Lee was recruited into the role of Operations Manager for the one of the top teams in Atlanta. That role grew into consulting with other real estate teams and businesses on their structure, culture and strategy.
