Change can be good. It can also suck. This episode has a little bit of both!
On this episode, I threw out the script and our usual intro format. There were a bunch of random things I wanted to talk about, so I said to hell with the format, and just went with it. Luckily I was able to focus for long enough to cover some important, yet random, bits of real estate marketing advice. We covered the latest Facebook updates regarding Privacy Policy's and their ads platform (one is awesome, and the other sucks).
I gave some fresh perspective on how your online and social media content may actually be working already, without you even knowing it! I tell the story of a high school friend that I ran into the other day, who I haven't seen in 10-12 years or more, and who never liked, commented, or engaged with me on social media, but still knew all about me and some of my professional accomplishments. He even asked if I'd be interested in consulting on some Facebook Ads for his company, since he apparently knew that I do a lot of Facebook Ads for real estate agents. It was a great reminder that whether you know it or not, people are watching! The moral of the story? Put out content!!!!
