So, you're trying to scale your business. Great, but what are you scaling if you don't have a system around it? Many agents today are not succeeding because of a lack of structure. Too often, agents don't know when to speak with people but, more importantly, how they need to talk with them. What does your CRM look like? Are you automated? Before you talk, take a step back and think with the end in mind.
