For those not able to make it to Agent2021, this episode will get you up to speed on what I found most valuable and most powerful.
I had dinner with Gary Vee
The night before Agent2021, I had dinner with Gary Vee, and on this episode I'll tell you all about it. On Jan 17, 2019, I had the honor of speaking at Gary Vee's Agent2021 marketing event in Miami. It was an incredible event, and I learned far more than I ever thought I would. This week, I'm breaking down what I learned at Agent2021. All the key takeaways, all the amazing lessons, giving context to everything I learned.
**See video recap of Agent2021 below**
If you weren't able to make it to Agent2021 this year, you'll get brought up to speed on what was most impactful and most important. Spoiler alert: the #1 thing was that none of us, not even Gary Vee (according to him) is putting out enough content. We all need to do more content, more often, on more platforms.
Facebook Ads were a big topic as well. When asked what he'd do if he started his own real estate brokerage tomorrow, Gary Vaynerchuk said he'd spend as much money as he possibly could on Facebook Ads. They're still just so undervalued, and so powerful. This was super validating for what we do and provide for real estate agents and loan officers with our Massive Agent Society.
Then, the night before the event, I was blessed enough to have a chance to sit next to Gary Vee at dinner for 20-25 min. My good friend and Industry Syndicate co-founder Phil Treadwell was there as well, and luckily most everyone else at the table was pretty shy. We got to ask him about the Industry Syndicate, how to deal with stress, and just deeper dives into content creation and how to build a big personal (or team) brand.
Get out a pad of paper or your iPad and get ready to take notes.

Massive Agent Society 2.0
We recently announced the big changes to our Massive Agent Society real estate lead gen training program that we've been teasing these last few weeks. It's better and more value packed than ever! Visit the Massive Agent Society website for all the details on pricing and what's included.
Don't reinvent the wheel! Use our ads that have been proven to bring in leads, over and over again. Massive Agent Society members get access to our exclusive copy & paste Facebook Ads database, where real estate agents & loan officers can simply choose the ad and type of lead they want to run, copy, paste, and submit! It takes all the guess work out of Facebook ads for real estate leads, and gives you everything you need to run an ad that has been proven to work.
The Industry Syndicate
The Industry Syndicate is officially LIVE! Industry Syndicate is the first ever real estate industry media network. Or as we like to call it “Real Estate's Media Network“. The first-of-its-kind in the entire real estate industry, the Industry Syndicate launches with 17 shows from 13 different hosts. Shows for real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, marketing, and branding.
The Industry Syndicate was co-founded by Jason Frazier, Phil Treadwell, and myself.
The next thing you'll see from the Industry Syndicate is our very own mobile app, with each show having their own “real estate” to connect with their community and audience. It will be great for building their community, but also for discovering other great shows that you may enjoy also, and connect with those communities. It's going to be awesome!
Eventually, the Industry Syndicate will launch and produce our own original programming and content! Stay tuned
