If we want to crush it in our real estate business, we must be intentional about our morning routines. High achievers in real estate, sales, and business say having a great morning routine was crucial to their success. That means our morning regiment must go beyond drinking a cup of coffee while checking our news feeds and emails.

Today on the Massive Agent Podcast, host Dustin Brohm is sharing a morning routine that has elevated his business in a very short time. Listen in as Dustin walks us through his routine and explains why fitness, health, and business are all related. If we want to go to the next level, it’s time to make a decision. Dustin reminds us that it’s not about perfection, but it’s about putting in consistent effort and seeking constant improvement.

Here's what my personal morning routine looks like. It's been truly transformational in just a few months. Excited for what the next year has in store…

– Up at 5:15am
– brew coffee in french press (duh!)
– go to bathroom
– read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
– gratitude journal
– write my goals
– read my goals out loud
– spend 5 min visualizing
– help get my kids ready for school
– drive kids to school

My income has even doubled since, and I doubt very much that it's a coincidence. You may do something different, or nothing at all, but I can't begin to explain how much this routine has helped me. This podcast episode is my attempt to tell the full story
