The first key to building self-confidence is finishing a difficult task or commitment. Keeping promises we made to ourselves should be the norm, not the exception. Dustin goes on to explain why the second key to having confidence as a real estate agent is knowing your market numbers. The ability to intelligently explain basic market analytics in a way your clients can understand can be a huge confidence builder, and get you more listings.
