What Agents Really Need to Be Successful
Would you describe yourself as confident? Confidence is the underlying theme and common denominator to high performing Realtor success. If you want to have control over your business, confidence is not optional.
Today on the Massive Agent Podcast, host Dustin Brohm shares some great advice on how we can build confidence as real estate agents. The first key to building self-confidence is finishing a difficult task or commitment. Keeping promises we made to ourselves should be the norm, not the exception. This little action seems small, but has massive impact. Not only will these accomplishments help us build confidence, they will also push us toward our bigger goals.
Dustin goes on to explain why the second key to having confidence as a real estate agent is knowing your market numbers. The ability to intelligently explain basic market analytics in a way your clients can understand can be a huge confidence builder, and get you more listings.
