How to Utilize Your Sphere of Influence
As a Realtor in 2022, would you ever consider NOT posting on social media? Most agents prefer to post online as that's where they generate business. However, what if I told you there are agents out there who barely utilize social media to its fullest extent and still thrive? On this week's episode of the Massive Agent Podcast, host Dustin Brohm sits down with Broker Associate Ken Gaffga to discuss how he achieved a six-figure month just by utilizing his sphere of influence.
Ken Gaffga is a Realtor based out of the Denver, Colorado market, who found great success in a short amount of time. Before entering the industry, he was previously a senior executive at AT&T when iPhone launched in 2007. You might ask why someone would leave such a promising career with so much security? Ken felt he had reached a point in his corporate career where he was burnt out, and needed to start a venture just for him.
Have a listen to the conversation as Ken walks us through how he went from knowing very little about the industry to closing deals left and right without having a large presence on social media. It was not always sunshine and rainbows for him considering he only closed 11 deals in his first two years. However, his persistence and hunger for knowledge paid off fast. Ken attributes his business to referral-based networking and urges us to do the same.
