To effectively market to millennial homebuyers, we first need to know what they want, so we can speak their language

“Millennials aren't buying homes!”

“Millennials prefer to rent!”

“Millennials only want to live in the city!”

We've all heard conflicting info about the millennial generation in regards to whether or not they even want to buy homes. It's getting hard to know what to believe. But as the single largest demographic of potential home buyers out there, we should probably get to the bottom of what is important to them, and learn how to speak their language. As you know because you listen to this show, we have to know how to speak to our audience in a way that resonates with them to get their attention. So how do we do that with millennials?

This week we brought in Jacob Gaffney, the Editor-In-Chief of HousingWire, to find out what the truth is about millennial homebuyers.
