Generating leads is just one way to use Facebook Ads for real estate… but there's more

I learned a new Facebook Ads strategy this week from Massive Agent Society member Cynthia Nina-Soto

I bet you've never thought of this strategy before! This week I learned a very clever new strategy and use for Facebook Ads. It's pretty awesome, and powerful!

When you think about running Facebook Ads, most of us immediately think that getting leads is their primary value. Rightfully so, Facebook Ads are a fantastic way to produce real estate leads. But what gets lost in the conversation is what else they can do.

When you boil it down, the Facebook Ads platform is a tool for putting a chosen message in front of a select group of people most likely to be interested in the message they're being shown. With that in mind, there are so many other AMAZING uses for running a Facebook Ad campaign aside from just generating leads.

On this episode we decided to interview two of YOU guys, our Massive Agent Podcast listeners. We spoke to two real estate agents with very different perspectives in the real estate business, and who are using Facebook Ads in very different ways. So we have one relatively new real estate agent on the east coast, and a “seasoned” veteran real estate broker w/ their own brokerage on the east coast. Dan uses Facebook Ads to bring in a consistent daily flow of new leads, while Cynthia uses her knowledge of Facebook Ads in a very different way.
