The many different ways Realtors can structure their Real Estate business
There is no one right way to structure your real estate business. You can literally define what you want your life to look like, your schedule, your days. And then build your real estate business around that.
Bet you never heard that from your first broker or mentor!
That's because most Realtors have no idea that there are an infinite number of ways to structure your real estate business. More real estate agents are following one main path. Get licensed, sell as many homes as you can by yourself, and try to increase that # again next year.
Well, they're wrong. This week we're talking with Justin Konikow, Owner of Prime Real Estate Brokerage in London, Ontario, Canada about their very unique, unconventional brokerage, in an effort to help you see what some of the possibilities are as a Realtor.
Define your goals, and THEN build your real estate business around them. Hopefully, you've put yourself in the right vehicle or brokerage to get you to your goals. If not, you can always make a change. But the decision and the action is all on you.
