  • Damn good episode right here. Earning it, especially when you suffer, fail, struggle, hustle, and succeed always beats having it “just handed to you”. Some agents grew up with parents who were agents for many years and basically we handed business so the kids don’t know the value and struggle to build the business. “All sunshine only makes one a desert.” If things are all good and easy you can’t handle stress and failure to succeed. Life is a brutal teacher, so learn well.
