When a single agent packs up and switches to a new brokerage, there's not much disruption to their daily routine. Sure, you update your website, social media profiles, and email signature, and get a few new yard signs, but that's about it.
But as you can imagine, a large real estate team has many more moving parts to consider and navigate when changing real estate brokerages. So when a large team switches, there's usually a damn good reason for it. They must feel like the new brokerage will really move the needle for them.
